One Year Validity Plan is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. This One Year Validity plan Terms and Conditions (“OVP Terms and Conditions”) shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription terms and conditions (‘Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) and shall be read together with Tune Talk HI-VALUE Prepaid Pack terms and conditions (“TTHV Pack Terms and Conditions”), Tune Talk CUN Value Prepaid Pack terms and conditions (“TTCV Pack Terms and Conditions”), Tune Talk VALUE Prepaid Pack terms and conditions (“TT VALUE Pack Terms and Conditions”), and Tune Talk BUDDIES Prepaid Pack terms and conditions (“TT BUDDIES Pack Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time. Subscribers who subscribe to this OVP are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this OVP Terms and Conditions.
2. Tune Talk reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, vary, or change any part of this OVP Terms and Conditions, Service Subscription Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice to Subscribers.
3. This Validity Plans offer is only valid for eligible Tune Talk HI-VALUE Prepaid (“New Pack Subscribers”), Tune Talk CUN Value Prepaid (“TTCVP Subscribers”), Tune Talk VALUE Prepaid (“TT VALUE Prepaid Subscribers”) and Tune Talk BUDDIES Subscribers (“TT BUDDIES Subscribers”). Tone and Tone Plus subscribers are excluded.
4. The OVP consists of two types of validity plans, and they are i) Extended Validity Plan; and ii) 365 Validity Plan. The details of the Extended Validity and 365 Validity Plan are as stated in the table below:

5. Purchase of Extended Validity and 365 Validity Plans
   
   1. Extended Validity Plan (EXT)
      
      1. All TT HI-VALUE, TT CUN Value and TT VALUE Prepaid Subscribers can enjoy Extended Validity Plan at the price of RM100 per year (365 days).
      2. TT BUDDIES will be eligible to enjoy Extended Validity Plan at the price of RM28 per year (365 days).
      3. Subscription to the Extended Validity Plan shall be available via SMS or Tune Talk App.
      4. Credit validity will extend for 365 days from the day of activation and does not stack on top of any existing validity available.
   2. 365 Validity Plan
      
      1. All TT HI-VALUE, TT CUN Value and TT VALUE Prepaid Subscribers can enjoy 365 Validity Plan at the price of RM35 per year (365 days).
      2. Subscription to the 365 Validity Plan can be activated via Tune Talk App or SMS.
      3. Credit validity will extend for 365 days from the day of activation and does not stack on top of any existing validity available.
      4. Upon successful subscription to 365 Validity Plan, all Eligible Subscriber’s existing Free Basic Internet (FBI) will be forfeited and perpetually de-provisioned from the Subscriber’s pack.
      5. Should Subscriber decide to re-subscribe to the Basic Internet plan, re-subscription will be at the one-off price of RM80. Re-subscription shall be available by calling Tune Talk’s Customer Care line.
6. All queries pertaining to the above service should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
7. All subscribers that participate in this promotion are bound by the terms and conditions contained and/or amended herein together with all terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s service. Any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
8. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
9. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
10. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
11. The subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated here at Tune Talk Privacy Policy. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
