Step 3: Select ‘Switch to Tune Talk’
Step 4: Fill in your switch details
Step 5: Select eSIM to proceed
Step 6: Fill in your personal details
Step 7: Complete your purchase and the eSIM QR Code will be sent to your email
Step 8: Follow App instructions to activate your eSIM
Step 9: Live Chat or email us your MyKad/Passport, the original Mobile Number, eSIM ICCID References
Step 10: Reply the SMS to confirm the switch process
Step 11: Our Customer Care representative will ensure the correct mobile number is updated on your eSIM profile.
Step 12: A confirmation email on your eSIM replacement will be sent to you
Step 13: Scan eSIM QR Code and install it on your phone
You will need to purchase a new eSIM QR code and repeat the steps above to register your eSIM.
Don’t forget to wait for the successful confirmation email of your eSIM replacement before activating eSIM on your device.
All you need is an eSIM supported smartphone and an eSIM QR code from Tune Talk.
Step 1: Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi
Step 2: Open Device Settings
Step 3: Tap ‘Mobile Data’ and select ‘Add Data Plan’
Step 3: Scan your eSIM QR code provided by Tune Talk
Step 4: Follow the instructions on your screen
Step 5: Enjoy Tune Talk’s eSIM on your phone
Once removed, the eSIM profile is no longer usable. You will need to repurchase a new eSIM to be used on the same or different phone.
All SIM replacements require you to provide proof of ownership as a security measure, in addition this step will ensure that your correct mobile number is reflected on your eSIM profile (crucial step for successful iMessage activation for Apple iOS devices).
For Apple iOS devices – this is not encouraged because this will require purchasing a new eSIM after the mobile number is changed.
For Android devices – Yes, you can change your mobile number.
This will require you to purchase a new eSIM followed by eSIM replacement as outlined in the steps to switch to eSIM.
