No, Credit reload is needed to make sure the new Tunetalk sim card is active status

Is there any deduction or fees involve after reload been made

There is no any deduction on your reload for the 4G Upgrade process and you will receive the full amount of the reload in your new sim except GST charges for passport holders.

How will I receive the Sim card for this

After receive the verification call from Tunetalk, SIM delivery time is estimated at 7 working days (any delay in delivery is subject to Pos Laju’s terms & conditions of delivery). Tunetalk will not be responsible for any damage or lost once the parcel are out from our end.

What I need to do once receive the Sim card?

You may need to call our careline 13100 or 03- 27717000 and inform us that you receive the sim card. Our agent will proceed with the sim card replacement.

Will my credit remain after the Sim replacement

Yes, it will remain as per reload. (Full Amount) Except for passport holder.

How long is the Sim upgrade process?

It will take within 24-48 working hours.
